Aircraft Heading Information for IVAO
The heading information for aircraft on the IVAO network has finally been implemented! Thank you for the staff over at IVAO for modifying their server data to supply this information. The difference is truly night and day.

Hi,
Just wanted to say that, wiht all respect to “official” VATSIM and IVAO tools, this seems to be the future of diplaying the online data. It looks great, it performs great and more I m using it, more I like it. Keep on – you re on the great track. While there are few projects out there that can be considered as future in FS and VA experience, Cayri is certainly one of them.

Hey Tom,
I’m glad to hear that you enjoy using Cayri. If you’d like to see a feature implemented, you can either email me, or drop a post over at the mailing-list.
Really love the Cayri site the greatest virtual airline site on the net. I was wondering if you could tell me how you get hold of the IVAO server data. Is there any API or have you been i contact with IVAO?
Best Regards
Max
Hi Max,
Try searching the IVAO’s forums for their “API” (if you can even call it that). It’s really just a couple data files that you parse.
